| My teaching program includes introductory and advanced courses in entomology and phylogenetic systematics. Motivated students are welcome to contact me with regards to "Special Problems" course projects. |

| Intereses de Investigación |
| My research concerns mainly the systematics and evolution of Neotropical weevils (Curculionidae). Additional interests include "concept taxonomy" and Puerto Rican insects. I am also the director of the UPRM invertebrate collection. |
